Hi, I'm pretty sure all of those who read this blog know who I am, but if not, my name is Heather Nowitzky. I am 24, married to a wonderful man named Joel, and we have a beautiful boy, Aiden, who is 3 1/2. We have been trying to get pregnant with our second child since July of 2009, and after a miscarriage in March, it finally happened. The miscarriage really knocked me down a peg, since I wasn't expecting that I was actually pregnant, this was a hard thing for me to cope with, so I am cautious with this pregnancy, and hoping everything will work out. I had my first ultrasound June 10th, and that little baby's heartbeat was beating away, and I was so happy to hear some good news. Aiden is excited to have a baby brother or sister and we are happy to be expanding our little family.
We haven't told anyone yet, so this first blog will only really be read by those who already know, or you'll be reading it late. I am 8 weeks along, and will be waiting a few more till I let the world know. The background on this blog is pink, in wishing that we have a little girl this time, although either sex is fine, we just want a healthy happy baby, but if we could choose, it would be nice to have a little boy and a little girl in our household.:)
